You have a food chick and her do something dumb like drop her cell phone in the toilet or the water dish. THis is what her need to do, open it and take battery out. Don't press any buttons and put a big bowl of rice in a dish and bury the phone and battery in the rice. Leave it for a day and try your phone, it might work.
